General Rules
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your trip (at the location specified at time of booking), as we will not wait for late customers as it’s not fair for others to be left waiting.
- Our prices are subject to change.
Number of Passengers
- The maximum number of guests is 6
- The minimum number of guests is 1 to make a booking.
Bookings and Payments
- All bookings require payment in full. We will not make any changes to your credit card unless specified or in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- All trips are refundable if canceled at least seven days before the scheduled event.
- We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Please notify us of your cancellation at least seven days in advance of your appointment via email.
- Please note that if you cancel an appointment within seven days of the booking date, we are unable to provide a refund.
- The person making the booking is responsible for the total payment of the booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- We require seven days’ notice if you wish to cancel your booking. In the event that seven days’ notice is not given, you will forfeit your payment. However, if notice is given with less than seven days’ notice, you are then liable to pay for the booking (we may charge your credit card the total amount of the booked trip).
- You may nominate to transfer your deposit to an alternative date if we have canceled your trip.
- If a person becomes unwell and requests to be returned back to shore, then no refund will be given, and it is also up to the Captain’s discretion whether or not to return to port.
- We will not be held liable for any indirect costs incurred by booking with us.
- If the trip is canceled at any time by us, we will not be held liable for any travel costs, meals, accommodation, or any other costs the customer may have incurred.
Weather
- All charters, tours, and bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decision is made at the discretion of the captain), and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice).
- We will contact the customer at any time before the scheduled trip to confirm the weather conditions and trip status.
- In an instance where the weather may turn unexpectedly, it is at the discretion of the captain as to whether any, a full, or partial refund is given.
Safety Brief
- A safety brief is given on board before departure.
- All customers must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or any medication prior to departure (as some people may require special attention).
- We have the right to ask any customer to wear a life jacket at any time.
- All children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Customer Behaviour
- It is required that all customers behave in a safe and respectful manner to all staff, other customers, and our property.
- If we find that there has been loss or damage to our equipment or vessel due to negligence or unruly behavior, then the customer will be liable for replacement or repair of the item (funds will be taken from the credit card that is held for security).
- The captain reserves the right to cancel a trip and forfeit payment if unruly or unsafe behavior is displayed.
Alcohol
- Alcohol is not allowed onboard the vessel.
- No glass bottles or containers
- The captain reserves the right to refuse a passenger onboard the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol, and can cancel the trip with no refund.
Release of Liability
We want to provide a safe and happy experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of the tours and charters, please be mindful that there is a remote risk of injury or even more extreme. Please understand and appreciate the dangers involved, and once the adventure, tour, or charter commences, the customer must assume and accept all these risks. Please remember we are guests in nature. We are walking through the home of many predatory animals and reptiles. These are all wild animals, so please don’t approach any wildlife as they may bite. By using our services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this release and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
